Aunt Ruth Packard's Potato Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c Green pepper, sliced
1/2 c Onion, sliced
3 c Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and sliced
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 ts Celery seed
1/2 c Vinegar

Directions

Step #1 1.
Step #2 In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, & green pepper.
Step #3 2.
Step #4 In a small bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
Step #5 stir this to dissolve the sugar.
Step #6 Pour over tomato mixture; toss.
Step #7 Cover & chill till serving time.
Step #8 Makes 4 c.
