Step #3 Scoop the flesh out of the avocado & mix it thoroughly in the food-processor with the spinach.
Step #4 Add the mashed curd cheese and liquidize again.
Step #5 Then mix in the garlic & lemon juice to taste, and stir in the the sliced spring onions.
Step #6 Spice up to taste with salt and paprika.
