Step #1 2 avocados -- ripe 1 TB lemon juice 2 TB peanuts -- shelled 1/2 ts paprika 1/2 ts cinnamon : cayenne -- to taste : salt -- to taste : fresh chives -- to garnish Peel the avocados; cut out the stone & cut into cubes.
Step #2 Sprinkle top with lemon juice & set aside.
Step #3 Grind the peanuts roughly with a rolling pin or in a grinder for a few seconds.
Step #4 Mix the peanuts & spices well.
Step #5 Sprinkle top it over the avocados with finely sliced chives.
Step #6 put in the fridge until ready to serve.
