Aztec Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c Cream Cheese; Softened
  • 3 c Fresh Tomatoes; Fine sliced
  • 2 c Sour Cream
  • 2 tb Lemon Juice
  • 5 ea Green Onions; Sliced,Use All
  • 3 ea Avocado;
  • 1/2 c Black Olives; Sliced
  • 2 c Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded
  • 1 1/3 oz Taco Spice uping Mix; 1 Pkg

Directions
  • Step #1 Use 3 California Avocados (dark skinned type) that have been peeled & pitted.
  • Step #2 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++ LAYER 1: (Bottom) Mash the avocados & mix in the lemon juice, mixing well, & spread evenly in a bowl or on a serving plate to the edges of the dish.
  • Step #3 LAYER 2: Beat the cream cheese until smooth & creamy.
  • Step #4 mix in the sour cream, & mix in the taco Spice uping, mixing well, mixing well.
  • Step #5 Spread over the avocado layer.
  • Step #6 LAYER 3: Sprinkle top the cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #7 LAYER 4: Distribute the tomatoes over the cheddar cheese layer.
  • Step #8 LAYER 5: Spread the green onions over the tomato layer.
  • Step #9 LAYER 6: top this with the black olives.
  • Step #10 Serve at about room temp.
  • Step #11 Makes about 10 1/2 c of dip.
  • Step #12 SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Tortilla Chips, Lobster, Bell peppers, Jicama.
