Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Granulated sugar
  • Spread
  • 2 tb Lemon juice, bottled
  • 2 tb Fleischmann's? Fat Free
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c Granulated sugar
  • Spread
  • 1 ts Nutmeg
  • Note
  • 1/4 c Fleischmann's? Fat Free
  • 1/3 c Corn syrup
  • 1 Freezer Bread Dough -- see
  • 1 ts Lemon peel -- grated

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan, mix 1/2 c sugar, lemon peel, corn syrup, spread, lemon juice.
  • Step #2 Cook & stir just until sugar dissolves & mixture boils.
  • Step #3 pour this into prepared 13 x 9" pan.
  • Step #4 On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 16 x 8" rectangle.
  • Step #5 Brush with 2 tbsps spread.
  • Step #6 In a mixing bowl, nutmeg, mix remaining sugar, & cinnamon.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top it over dough.
  • Step #8 Beginning with long side, roll up jelly-roll fashion & seal edge.
  • Step #9 Cut into 16-1" slices.
  • Step #10 Place, cut side down, atop sugar mixture in pan.
  • Step #11 Cover & let rise in a warm place until nearly double in size (30 to 45 mins).
  • Step #12 Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 mins.
