Lemon Turkey Stir-fry & Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ts Oil; olive
  • 4 ts Butter
  • Pasta; penne , cooked & d
  • 3 ts Capers, drained
  • 1/8 c Lemon juice
  • 4 ts Butter
  • 18 Black olives,pitted & sliced
  • 4 Large garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 Tuna; chunk,drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter with oil in skillet.
  • Step #2 Add garlic & cook 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Add lemon juice, capers & olives & cook another 2 mins.
  • Step #4 Turn heat to lowest setting.
  • Step #5 Add tuna & separate it (do NOT flake) with a fork.
  • Step #6 Heat through, stirring carefully.
  • Step #7 Drain pasta.
  • Step #8 Add remainder of butter & sauce to hot pasta, tossing well.
