Lemon-apple-hazelnut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c Orange juice
  • 1 ts Lemon extract
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • 1 ea Rind of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 2 tb Poppy seeds,
  • Yogurt
  • 1 c All-purpose flour
  • 1 ea Powdered egg substitute,
  • 1 ts Anise extract
  • 1 6 oz white wave soy
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
  • 2 ts Baking powder

Directions
  • Step #1 mix dry ingredients through poppy seeds.
  • Step #2 In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  • Step #3 Make a well in dry ingredients, & mix wet mixture.
  • Step #4 Spritz & flour a bundt muffin pan.
  • Step #5 Spoon in batter equally.
  • Step #6 The dough will be stiff, you may have to level each muffin with moistened fingers.
  • Step #7 Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 F, for approx.
  • Step #8 22 to 25 mins.
  • Step #9 Cool in pan for 5 mins, & on rack for another 10.
