Lemon-honey Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Beef top loin steaks boneless, cut 1" thick
  • 2 tb Butter, melted
  • 1 lb Green Giant Vegetables
  • Salt
  • 1 tb Fresh lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 -Spice upING---- 2 lg Garlic cloves; minced 2 ts Grated lemon peel 1 ts Dried thyme leaves 1/4 ts Pepper Cooking & preparation time: 30 min Green Giant American Mixtures Heartland Style Frozen Vegetables 1.
  • Step #2 In small bowl, mix Spice uping ingredients; mix well.
  • Step #3 Remove 1 tbsp Spice uping; press evenly into both sides of beef steaks.
  • Step #4 Stir butter, lemon juice & 1/4 tsp salt into remaining Spice uping in bowl; set aside.

  • Step #6 Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals.
  • Step #7 Grill 16 to 18 mins for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning every once in awhile.

  • Step #9 Meanwhile prepare vegetables according to package directions.
  • Step #10 mix vegetables & reserved butter mixture; toss to coat.
  • Step #11 4.
  • Step #12 Trim fat from steaks.
  • Step #13 Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; Spice up this with salt, as desired.
