Ingredients
  • 2 c Pecans ; toasted
  • 1/4 c Green onions; minced
  • 2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 Salt
  • 2 ts Lemon zest
  • 2 ts Cornichons; drained, sliced
  • 1/4 c Capers; drained,
  • 1 Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c Parsley ; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix together well.
  • Step #2 Salt & pepper to taste(t-t).
  • Step #3 put in the fridge.
  • Step #4 Serve with seafood as desired.
