Ingredients
  • 1 c Cream sherry
  • 1/2 c Liquid Fruitsource
  • 1 ts Vanilla extract
  • 10 1/2 oz Extra firm silken tofu
  • 2 tb Canola oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Try this variation of a French sauce as a topping on pancakes.
  • Step #2 DIRECTIONS ========== Heat sherry over med-heat/flame until reduced by half.
  • Step #3 remove this from heat & mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Step #4 Serve warm.
  • Step #5 Makes 3 c Per 1/4 c: 98 cal, 59 mg calcium HINT: If not using sherry, 6 mg sod, 4 g fat, 0 mg chol, 9 g carb, 2 g prot, increase Fruit.
