Little Jam Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Green pepper; finely sliced
  • 3 oz Mushrooms; finely sliced
  • 1 1/2 tb Olive oil
  • 6 oz Tomato; finely sliced
  • 1/4 ts Basil
  • 2 oz Tomato paste
  • 6 oz Spaghetti; cooked
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Oregano
  • 3 oz Onion; sliced
  • 1/2 ts Garlic; minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute onion in a suacepan with olive oil until onions are translucent.
  • Step #2 Add garlic, basil, oregano & salt.
  • Step #3 Stir.
  • Step #4 Add vegetables & tomato paste.
  • Step #5 Continue to cook over medium heat, covered, for 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Add spaghetti & toss.
  • Step #7 Serve hot.
