Step #1 Heat 1 tb oil over high heat in large wok; add liver; stir fry 3-5 mins, or until liver is browned but still pink on the inside; remove this from wok; reserve.
Step #2 Reduce heat to medium; heat remaining oil in wok;add black beans, garlic & ginger.
Step #3 Stir fry 1 mins.
Step #4 Add soy sauce,sherry, broth & green onions; bring to a boil.
Step #5 Add liver; stir until sauce coats the liver & liver is heated through.
Step #6 Remove from heat & serve as soon as possible.
