  • Step #1 4 TB Peanut oil 1/2 lb Flank steak ;or shrimp -- : por 2 Celery -- shredded 2 Sl Ginger -- minced 1 c Cabbage 1 Green onion;scallion -- : minc 2 ts Cornstarch 1/2 lb Spaghetti -- or chinese : noodl 1/2 ts Sugar 1 TB Soy sauce -- light soy 1/2 ts Salt -- optional Cook spaghetti as directed on package, drain, rinse in cold water, AL DENTE, add a few drops oil & mix to keep from sticking.
  • Step #2 Set aside.
  • Step #3 Slice steak VERY THIN, across the grain, 2" pieces.
  • Step #4 Mix together, steak, scallion, light soy, ginger, sugar, cornstarch, set aside to marinate.
  • Step #5 Heat wok to smoking, add 2 tbs oil.
  • Step #6 Stir fry meat mixture two mins, do not overcook, Reserve.
  • Step #7 Add 2 tbs oil, stir well & cook a few mins, add spaghetti, stir fry carrots & cabbage two mins, heat, add meat mixture, 1 tbs soy & salt.
  • Step #8 stir a min to heat & serve.
  • Step #9 Nice thing about stir fry cooking, just about anything goes.
  • Step #10 So, substitute, add other veggies, you just can't go wrong.
