Louisiana Hot Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ts Cayenne pepper
  • 2 qt Heavy cream,whipped
  • 1 c Tomato sauce
  • 2 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1/2 c Horseradish,prepared
  • 1/2 c Dijon mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 mix all ingredients; store this in refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Just before serving fish, spread 1/4 c sauce on each fillet; pass under broiler.
