Ingredients
  • 2 tb Tarragon vinegar
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 20 sm Carrots; washed & trimmed
  • 1 tb Lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Place carrots, water & lemon juice in small saucepan.
  • Step #2 Cover and simmer 5 mins.
  • Step #3 Remove cover, increase heat to high & cook, stirring, until liquid evaporates (5 mins).
  • Step #4 Turn heat down.
