Baby Spinach Salad With Grilled Onions~tomato Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 ts White Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 c Baby Shrimp
  • 1/2 c Sour Cream
  • 2 ts Fresh Tarragon, sliced
  • 2 ts Dijon Mustard
  • 1 ts Lemon Juice
  • 2 ts Dried Tarragon, Crushed

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, & tarragon.
  • Step #2 mix in the mayonnaise.
  • Step #3 Add the shrimp, then the sour cram.
  • Step #4 mix well.
  • Step #5 Cover and chill.
  • Step #6 Makes about 2 1/2 c of dip.
  • Step #7 SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Butterflake Biscuit Chips, Chili Peppers, String Beans, Cabbage, Artichoke Leaves.
