Step #2 In a heavy 10" skillet cook bacon until golden & crisp.
Step #3 Drain on paper toweling; set aside.
Step #4 Pour off all but about 1 tsp bacon fat from pan.
Step #5 Place pan in oven, then set oven temperature to 425'F.

Step #7 stir this together cornmeal & sugar.
Step #8 Cut in peanut butter until crumbly.
Step #9 mix together eggs, milk, oil, & crumbled bacon.
Step #10 Add al at once to cornmeal mixture, stirring just until mixed, & pour mixture into hot skillet.
Step #11 Return to oven & bake 15-20 mins.
