Ingredients
  • 1/8 ts To 1/4 ts grd black pepper;
  • 1/4 ts Garlic salt;
  • Nonstick spray coating
  • 2 tb Onion powder;
  • 1 1/2 lb To 2 lb chicken; meaty
  • 1/2 Dried thyme; crushed
  • 1/8 ts To 1/4 ts grd white pepper;
  • 2 tb Nonfat milk;

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove skin from chicken.
  • Step #2 Rinse chicken, pat dry.
  • Step #3 Spray a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish with nonstick coating.
  • Step #4 Arrange the chicken, meaty sides up, in dish.
  • Step #5 Brush with milk.
  • Step #6 In small bowl mix onion powder, red pepper, thyme, white pepper, garlic salt, & black pepper.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top it over chicken.
  • Step #8 Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 to 55 mins or till the chicken is tender & no longer pink.
