1 tb Sesame oil
1/4 c Fermented black beans; rinsed & mashed

2 ts Garlic; minced
Directions
Step #1 Shuck the clams & place them on a baking sheet.
Step #2 Set aside.
Step #3 mix the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan & bring to a boil over med-heat/flame.
Step #4 Spoon the mixture on top of the mollusks.
Step #5 Bake for 5 to 7 mins at 450F, or until cooked but not tough.
Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
