Baked Pea Beans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 12 oz Spaghetti
  • 3/4 ts Italian Spice uping
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c Parm cheese
  • 1 cn 28oz tomatoes in juice
  • 3 lg Eggs
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 10 oz Frozen mixed vegetables

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 375.
  • Step #2 Grease 13x9x2 baking dish.
  • Step #3 Empty can of tomatoes into medium saucepan.
  • Step #4 stir in the italian Spice uping, 1/2 t salt & 1/4 t pepper.
  • Step #5 Bring to a boil, stirring & breaking up matoes with a wooden spoon.
  • Step #6 Reduce heat & let simmer 25 min, stirring every once in awhile or til desired thickness.
  • Step #7 While sauce cooks bring a large pot of lightly salted wter to a boil.
  • Step #8 Add spaghetti & cook according to package directions, adding frozen veggies to pot for last 5 min of cooking time.
  • Step #9 Drain well.
  • Step #10 Meanwhile mix ricotta, eggs, milk, remaining salt & pepper in a large bowl.
  • Step #11 Add spaghetti with vegetables & mix well.
  • Step #12 Transfer to prepared dish & smooth top.
  • Step #13 Bake 15 min til set.
  • Step #14 Sprinkle top with parm cheese; serve this with the tomato sauce.
