Baked Salmon Provencale Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 4 tb White wine, dry
  • 4 Salmon filets
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 ts Black pepper, ground
  • 4 ts Butter
  • 8 Parsley sprigs, fresh
  • 8 Thyme sprigs, fresh

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 400F degrees.
  • Step #2 Place 4 large pieces of foil on a working surface, shiny side down.
  • Step #3 Spray the inside with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Step #4 Place a fish filet on each piece of foil.
  • Step #5 Evenly divide thyme, pepper, salt, parsley, garlic, & wine among the fish.
  • Step #6 Dot each filet with one tsp of butter & then securely fold & seal the edges.
  • Step #7 Place the packets on a baking sheet & bake for 10-12 mins.
  • Step #8 Place packets on plates & open carefully.
