Baked Stuffed French Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Celery, sliced
  • 1 Clove minced garlic
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c Progresso bread crumbs
  • 1 Stick butter
  • 1/2 lb Boiled, sliced, shrimp
  • 2 tb sliced parsley
  • 1/2 c sliced green onions
  • 1/2 lb Crabmeat
  • Salt,pepper,red pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute celery, onions & garlic in 1/2 stick melted butter.
  • Step #2 Add bread crumbs, shrimp, crabmeat & parsley.
  • Step #3 Mix well.
  • Step #4 Spice up to taste with salt, pepper & cayenne.
  • Step #5 Split thick side of each flounder, lentthwise & crosswise, & loosen meat from bone of fish to form a pocket for stuffing.
  • Step #6 Brush well with extra melted buttter, salt & pepper.
  • Step #7 Stuff pocket with dressing.
  • Step #8 Melt remaining 1/2 stick butter in shallow baking pan.
  • Step #9 Place fish in pan.
  • Step #10 Cover & bake this at 375 F.
  • Step #11 for abt.
  • Step #12 30 mins.
  • Step #13 Remove cover & bake extra 5 mins.
