Baloo's Hot Lobster & Garlic Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 50 g Parmesan - grated
  • 100 g Mushrooms - sliced
  • 100 g Herrgardsost or Cheddar sharp -grated
  • 1 tb Lemon Thyme - fresh
  • 100 g Hot salsa
  • 75 g Gorgonzola - slices
  • 1 tb Oregano - fresh
  • 1 Tomato - sliced
  • 1 Round Flat Ryebread 25 cm
  • 100 g Ricotta

Directions
  • Step #1 A round flat sourdough ryebread (25 cm) is used as pizza crust.
  • Step #2 Spread the ricotta on the ryebread, spread hot salsa on top of the ricotta, cover with grated sharp Herrgardsost (Swedish) or Cheddar.
  • Step #3 Add mushrooms & tomato slices, Sprinkle top sliced fresh lemon thyme & fresh oregano over the tomatoes & mushroms.
  • Step #4 top this with sliced gorgonzola in the centre & cover with grated Parmesan all around the gorgonzola.
  • Step #5 bake this at 225 degrees Celsius for 15 mins.
