Balsamic Glazed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tb Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/3 c, oil-based, bottled Italian dressing
  • 1 1/4 lb Flank steak, trimmed

Directions
  • Step #1 mix steak, dressing, vinegar, & pepper in plastic food-storage bag.
  • Step #2 Secure with twist tie & marinate 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Preheat broiler.
  • Step #4 Remove steak from marinade.
  • Step #5 Discard any excess marinade.
  • Step #6 Broil steak 6 inches from heat for 4 mins each side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
  • Step #7 let this stand 5 mins.
  • Step #8 Slice thinly across the grain.
