Low Calorie Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 2/3 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 c Evaporated skim milk
  • 1 tb Unflavoured gelatin
  • Apple juice, thawed
  • 1/4 tb Grated lemon rind
  • 4 tb Unsweetened concentrated

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 In a bowl mix apple juice & gelatin.
  • Step #3 let this stand in a container of hot water until dissolved.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 stir in the lemon juice, & pineapple juice, rind, & chill until partially set.
  • Step #6 3.
  • Step #7 Meanwhile, pour the evaporated skim milk into a bowl, & place this in the freezer until crystals form.
  • Step #8 Once the gelatin mixture is set, beat the evaporated milk until thick & fluffy.
  • Step #9 Beat the gelatin mixture until light & frothy.
  • Step #10 mix the two mixture together, and pour this into a mold.
  • Step #11 Chill until set.
