Ingredients
  • Drained
  • 1/3 c Plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom
  • 1 cn sliced mushrooms,
  • Soup
  • Paprika
  • 1 tb Dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 lb Beef cubed steak

Directions
  • Step #1 Place meat in a microwave safe 12 x 7 1/2 x 2" baking dish.
  • Step #2 Cover with clear plastic wrap;vent by leaving a small area unsealed at edge of dish.
  • Step #3 Micro cook on 100% (HIGH) for 6 to 8 mins or until done,turning the meat & rearranging once.
  • Step #4 Let meat stand,covered,while preparing sauce.
  • Step #5 For sauce,yogurt,stir the soup,in a 2 c microwave safe measure c, & wine.
  • Step #6 stir in the mushrooms.
  • Step #7 Cook,uncovered, for 3 to 4 mins or until heated through,stirring once.
  • Step #8 Transfer the meat to a serving platter.
  • Step #9 Pour the sauce over.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with paprika,if desired.
  • Step #11 Makes 6 servings.
