Low Fat Seafood Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c Marshmallow creme
  • 4 Egg whites -- whipped
  • 1 tb Vanilla
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Flour
  • 1/2 ts Baking powder
  • Sifted
  • 1/2 c Cocoa or carob powder --

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven at 325.
  • Step #2 Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray and flour.
  • Step #3 In a mixing bowl, cocoa/carob powder, salt, mix baking powder, & flour.
  • Step #4 In another mixing bowl, vanilla, mix egg whites, sugar, & marshmellow creme.
  • Step #5 Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  • Step #6 Bake for 18 mins.
