  • Step #1 2 c Lowfat cottage cheese 1 c Buttermilk 1 TB Red wine vinegar 2 TB Parsley -- sliced 10 ml Garlic -- sliced 1/4 ts Salt In mixer or food processor/blender, mix cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Step #2 Add remaining ingredients & mix.
  • Step #3 Makes about 3 c dressing for green salads.
  • Step #4 Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  • Step #5 Nutrition Analysis per serving: 18 cal; 3gm pro; 1gm carb; trace fat; 110mg sod; 1mg chol.
