Ingredients

13 oz Can evaporated skim milk;
2 Egg whites;
2 tb Sugar;
8 pk Sugar substitute;(16 ts-1/3c
2 ts Vanilla;
2 ts Pumpkin pie spice;
1/2 c Biscuit mix like Bisquick;
16 oz Can solid-pack pumpkin;
1 Egg;

Directions

Step #1 Heat oven to 350 F.
Step #2 Lightly grease or spray 9 inch pie pan with vegetable pan spray.
Step #3 Place all ingredients in mixer, food processor or mixing bowl.
Step #4 mix 1 min or beat 2 mins with mixer.
Step #5 pour this into pie pan & bake for 50 mins or until center is puffed up.
Step #6 1/8 pie - 114 calories, 1 1/2 starch/bread exchange 18.
Step #7 5 grams carbohydrate, 6.
Step #8 3 grams protein, 1.
Step #9 9 grams fat, 1.
Step #10 4 gm fiber 174.
Step #11 9 mg sodium, 304.
Step #12 2 mg potassium, 37 mg cholesterol.
