Step #2 In a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, sear chicken pieces in sherry by sauteing rapidly on both sides until browned (about 10 mins).

Step #5 Add green onions, corn, tomatoes, & sweet potatoes, & saute for 5 mins in cooking liquid left in stockpot.
