Ingredients
  • Oil; for deep frying
  • 12 Pork; finely minced
  • 12 Salt
  • 14 Onions; sliced fine
  • 50 Lupia wrappers (spring roll
  • 14 Soy sauce
  • 12 Shrimp; sliced fine

Directions
  • Step #1 Recipe by: Nila Sweeney 1.
  • Step #2 Mix all ingrediants (except wappers and oil!) thoroughly.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Take a heaped tbsp of mix & roll in lumpia wrapper.
  • Step #5 Make roll about 3/4" in diameter.
  • Step #6 Cut into 2" peices using very sharp knife.
  • Step #7 3.
  • Step #8 Deep fry.
  • Step #9 serve this with soy sauce & calamansi, sweet & sauce, or chillie sauce.
