Lumpia Shanghai (phillipine Fried Egg Rolls~ Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Cooking Oil
  • 1 pk Lumpia Wrappers Or Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1/2 c Water Chestnuts
  • 1 ts Black Pepper
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp
  • 1 tb Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c Green Onions
  • 1/2 lb Ground Lean Pork
  • 1 ea Egg

Directions
  • Step #1 mix pork, green onions, shrimp, water chestnuts, egg & soy sauce.
  • Step #2 Spice up this with salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 Place a level tbsp of filling on each egg roll wrapper, fold wrapper burrito style, tucking in the ends & seal with a few drops of water.
  • Step #4 Deep fry in hot oil & drain on paper towels.
  • Step #5 serve this with sweet & sour sauce.
