Ingredients
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 c All-purpose flour
  • 2 c Water
  • 2 lg Eggs
  • 1 c Cornstarch
  • 2 tb Oil or softened lard

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat eggs with oil or lard.
  • Step #2 Add cornstarch, flour, salt & water; beat until smooth.
  • Step #3 Cook in an omelette or nonstick pan into thin crepes.
