Ingredients
  • 1 tb GRATED ONION
  • 1 c BOILING WATER
  • 3 c CELERY, sliced FINE
  • 3 oz LEMON GELATIN
  • 1 c WHIPPED TOPPING
  • 1/2 c MAYONNAISE
  • 1 c WALNUTS
  • 1/2 lb PIMIENTO CHEESE, sliced
  • 1 ts GREEN PEPPER
  • 1/2 ts SALT
  • 3 x HARD BOILED EGGS, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 DISSOLVE GELATIN IN BOILING WATER.
  • Step #2 COOL.
  • Step #3 add in the remaining INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE MAYONNAISE & WHIPPED TOPPING.
  • Step #4 MIX THE MAYONNAISE AND TOPPING & mix INTO THE GELATIN MIXTURE.
  • Step #5 pour this into INDIVDUAL MOLDS OR A RING MOLD.
  • Step #6 put in the fridge FOR A LEAST 2 hrs BEFORE SERVING.
  • Step #7 NOTE: THIS RECIPE MAKE A LUNCHEON MEAL BY ITSELF.
