Chicken Fajita Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 (10 oz) can put in the fridged pizza crust
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsps chili powder
  • 1/2 c salsa
  • 2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Unroll the pizza crust onto a greased 15-in.
  • Step #2 x 10-in.
  • Step #3 x 1-in.
  • Step #4 baking pan; flatten dough & build up edges slightly.
  • Step #5 Prick dough several times with a fork.
  • Step #6 Bake at 425F degrees F for 10-15 mins or until lightly browned.
  • Step #7 Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute chicken in oil for 5 mins.
  • Step #8 Add the green pepper, chili powder, garlic, onion, cumin & salt; cook 3 mins longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Step #9 Spoon over crust; top this with salsa & cheese.
  • Step #10 Bake for 12-15 mins or until crust is golden brown & cheese is melted.
