Macadamia Rum Mousse Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c Macadamia nuts; sliced
  • 3 tb Butter; melted
  • -PIE CRUST----
  • 3 tb Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 --FILLING----- 1 Square semi-sweet choc 1 c Whipping cream; whipped 20 Large marshmallows For Crust: Mix crust ingredients & press in 9 inch pie plate.
  • Step #2 Thoroughly chill in refrigerator before making filling.
  • Step #3 For Filling: Melt one square semi-sweet choc.
  • Step #4 in milk in double boiler.
  • Step #5 Add marshmallows.
  • Step #6 When these are completely melted, add whipped cream.
  • Step #7 Stir & pour this into throughly chilled pie crust.
  • Step #8 put in the fridge until ready to serve.
