Macaroni & No-cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • Egg,beaten
  • 1/2 lb Mild yellow cheddar,shredded
  • 1/3 c Milk
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1/2 lb Elbow macaroni
  • 1 Salt & fresh pepper to tas
  • 1/2 lb Sharp cheddar ch.shredded
  • 2 ts Brown mustard
  • 1 ds Cayenne pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook macaroni in pleanty of salted water until tender,8 to 10 mins.
  • Step #2 Drain.
  • Step #3 In a large casserole,toss macaroni with butter,cayenne & salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Mix the milk with the egg & mustard & mix into the macaroni.
  • Step #5 Toss the two cheeses together & mix half the cheese with the macaroni.
  • Step #6 Set aside the remaining cheese.
  • Step #7 Bake in a preheated 350 deg.
  • Step #8 oven for 10 mins.
  • Step #9 Add half of the remaining cheese & mix well.
  • Step #10 Bake 5 mins more.
  • Step #11 Mix in remaining cheese & bake another 10 mins.
  • Step #12 Makes 4 servings.
