Step #3 Add red chilli, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf till the bay leaf turns golden brown 3.
Step #4 Add the onion & fry for two min.

Step #6 Add the ginger garlic paste & fry for 4 - 6 min.

Step #8 Add chicken & fry for 5 mins.

Step #10 Sprinkle top chilli, dhania powder, cumin powder & turmeric 7.
Step #11 Cover chicken + salt (add water if needed) & cook for around 15 mins till 3/4 cooked 8.
Step #12 Add can of tomato paste & cook on low heat 9.
Step #13 Just before removing add the whipping cream & cook for a few mins.
Step #14 10.
Step #15 Add Garam Masala & corriander leaves 11.
Step #16 Remove after a couple of mins.
