Malai Kofta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Cumin powder
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1 Red Chili
  • 1 1/4 ts Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tray chicken
  • 1 ts Dhania powder
  • Fresh Corriander
  • 1 sliced onion
  • Turmeric
  • 6 Pods Garlic paste
  • 1/2 Inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1 ct Light whipping cream
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger paste
  • 1 cn Small tomato paste
  • To taste-Salt
  • 1 ts Garam Masala
  • 2 Cloves

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Heat oil 2.
  • Step #3 Add red chilli, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf till the bay leaf turns golden brown 3.
  • Step #4 Add the onion & fry for two min.
  • Step #5 4.
  • Step #6 Add the ginger garlic paste & fry for 4 - 6 min.
  • Step #7 5.
  • Step #8 Add chicken & fry for 5 mins.
  • Step #9 6.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top chilli, dhania powder, cumin powder & turmeric 7.
  • Step #11 Cover chicken + salt (add water if needed) & cook for around 15 mins till 3/4 cooked 8.
  • Step #12 Add can of tomato paste & cook on low heat 9.
  • Step #13 Just before removing add the whipping cream & cook for a few mins.
  • Step #14 10.
  • Step #15 Add Garam Masala & corriander leaves 11.
  • Step #16 Remove after a couple of mins.
