• 2 Apples, sliced thin
• 1/4 c Brown Sugar
• 1 lb Rhubarb, cut fine
• 1 Mama's Southern Pastry

• Step #1 Line piepan with pastry.
• Step #2 Place rhubarb in bottom, cover with apples & Sprinkle top sugar over all.
• Step #3 Cover with top crust & bake in a very hot oven (450F) for 10 mins.
• Step #4 Reduce heat to moderate (350F) and bake 40 mins longer or until fruit is tender.
