Mango Ginger Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 Red Raspberries
  • 1 c Kiwi, peeled & sliced
  • 1/4 c Fresh squeezed Orange Juice
  • 24 Strawberries, hulled
  • 2 c Mango, cubed

Directions
  • Step #1 Put the mangoes & orange juice in a mixer & puree until smooth.
  • Step #2 Slice 20 of the strawberries, leaving 4 whole.
  • Step #3 Line the bottom of 4 balloon wineglasses with the sliced strawberries.
  • Step #4 Pour a thin layer of the mango puree over each to cover.
  • Step #5 Reserving 4 kiwi slices, layer the rest on top of the puree.
  • Step #6 Divide the remainder of the mango puree among the glasses.
  • Step #7 Top each with a slice of kiwi surrounded by raspberries.
  • Step #8 Make a slit in each of the whole strawberries and position 1 on the rim of each glass.
  • Step #9 Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 15 mins.
