Step #1 3 Mangos 6 Lg Garlic Cloves 4 Lg Ancho Chiles 15 Tomatillos 1 Lg White Onions 2 Limes 1 bn Cilantro : Vineger Roast the Ancho Chilies & the garlic in an oven.
Step #2 Remove the chilies when they are puffed out, & the garlic when it is soft & warm.
Step #3 Dice the mangoes, tomatillos, tomatoes, & onion & mix them in a large bowl.
Step #4 Add a small amount of vinegar (about 1 tbsp) and the juice of the two limes.
Step #5 Puree or smash the cloves of roasted garlic & add them to the mixture.
Step #6 Crumble the Chilies into the mixture.
Step #7 If you like it hotter, leave the seeds in; if not, take them out.
Step #8 Wash & add the cilantro & any extra chili powder to taste.
Step #9 Mix the salsa until it's well-mixd.
Step #10 Put it in the refrigerator & let it sit a few hrs before serving.
