Ingredients
  • 6 tb Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 md Banana; sliced
  • 1/4 ts Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c Red.-cal. maple-flavored; syrup
  • 1/2 c Egg substitute
  • 4 sl Reduced-calorie white bread
  • Sugar substitute to equal 1 -- ts

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 In small bowl, vanilla, whisk together yogurt, & sugar substitute.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 Pour egg substitute into shallow bowl; dip bread in egg substitute, coating both sides & absorbing all liquid.

  • Step #7 Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; over medium heat, cook bread until browned on both sides.
  • Step #8 Remove to heated platter, cover, & keep warm.
  • Step #9 In same skillet, quickly cook banana slices until golden on each side.

  • Step #11 Place 2 slices bread on each serving plate; top evenly with yogurt mixture, banana slices, and syrup.
