Ingredients
  • 2/3 c Unbleached flour
  • 1 md Ripe banana, finely sliced
  • 2 tb Oil
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Whole-wheat flour
  • 1 1/3 c Milk
  • 2 ts Baking powder

Directions
  • Step #1 mix flours,baking powder & salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Step #2 Mix together milk & oil & stir in theto dry mixture just enough to moisten all ingredients,then fold in banana.
  • Step #3 Spoon onto a hot,well greased griddle.
  • Step #4 Turn once.
  • Step #5 Makes 10 to 12.
