- 1 Banana, Sliced
- 1/2 c Miracle Whip
- 2 c Cabbage, Shredded
- 1 c Carrots, Shredded
- 1 tb Honey
- 8 oz Pineapple, Tidbits Drained
- 1/2 c Sour Cream
Directions
- Step #1 Reserve drained liquid.
- Step #2 --- -------------- ~-- In a medium bowl, layer cabbage, carrots and pineapple.
- Step #3 In a small bowl, mix Miracle Whip, sour cream, honey & 1 T of the reserved pineapple juice.
- Step #4 mix well.
- Step #5 Spoon and spread the dressing over the salad.
- Step #6 Sprinkle top with pecans.
- Step #7 put in the fridge until serving time.
- Step #8 Just prior to serving time add sliced banana, toss & serve.
