Bar Room Slaw (the Four Seasons Restaurant) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb Unsalted butter at room t
  • 1/8 pt Tabasco hot red pepper sauce
  • 1 Few drops of red & yell
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese; (no substit
  • 1/4 Melted & strained bacon gr
  • 8 oz Pkg cream cheese; softened
  • 5 oz Bottle prepared horseradi
  • 2 pt Onion juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Place all ingredients in top of double boiler over simmering water.
  • Step #2 Stir every once in awhile until melted and smooth.
  • Step #3 The mixture will look coarse in texture.
  • Step #4 For best results put it through mixer; using on/off speed on high for two or three mins until satiny smooth.
  • Step #5 If you do not have a mixer; use electric mixer on high speed, beating until smooth.
  • Step #6 pour this into refrigerator containers.
  • Step #7 Keeps well up to four or five weeks if tightly covered & put in the fridged.
  • Step #8 Freezes well up to six months.
  • Step #9 Makes about a quart, which won't last long!.
