Bar-b-que Beef Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 3 lb Beef; stew or chuck roast
  • 1 ts Dry mustard
  • 3 Green peppers; sliced
  • 3 ts Worcestershire Souce
  • 1 cn Tomato paste;
  • 2 c Onions; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 mix the ingredients & put into a slow cooker or crockpot in order given.
  • Step #2 Use a 3 1/2 - 5 quart cooker.
  • Step #3 Cover & cook on high for 8 hrs.
  • Step #4 With a wire whisk, stir mixture until meat is shredded.
  • Step #5 Serve on long hard rolls or hamberger buns.
