Ingredients
  • 1/8 ts Black pepper
  • 2 tb Sesame oil
  • 2 tb Sherry
  • 1/4 c Beef stock
  • 5 tb Soy Sauce
  • 2 lb Sirloin Steak
  • 3 Scallions
  • 4 Cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Slice the steak very thin on the bias.
  • Step #3 Score each piece with an X.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 Chop the scallions & crush the garlic.
  • Step #6 mix these ingredients with the remaining Spice upings in a bowl.
  • Step #7 Add the meat to the marinade & mix well until all sides of the steak are coated.

  • Step #9 The meat may be grilled as soon as possible.
  • Step #10 The best results are obtained if the steak is marinated for 2 hrs.
