Barbecued Beef Buns Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ts Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 ts Onion powder
  • 1/2 ts Celery salt
  • 1 ts Garlic powder
  • 4 lb Beef brisket
  • 1 ts Liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c Barbecue sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Trim fat off brisket.
  • Step #2 mix barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
  • Step #3 Place brisket on center of a large piece of tin foil.
  • Step #4 Pour barbecue sauce mixture over both sides of brisket.
  • Step #5 mix remaining ingredients & Sprinkle top it over both sides; wrap brisket tightly with two more sheets of tin foil turning the wrap 90 degrees after each wrapping.
  • Step #6 This will help keep the juices from seeping out.
  • Step #7 put in the fridge over night turning over at least once.
  • Step #8 remove this from refrigerator at least 2 hrs before smoking.
  • Step #9 Smoke for 5 hrs.
