Step #2 mix barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
Step #3 Place brisket on center of a large piece of tin foil.
Step #4 Pour barbecue sauce mixture over both sides of brisket.
Step #5 mix remaining ingredients & Sprinkle top it over both sides; wrap brisket tightly with two more sheets of tin foil turning the wrap 90 degrees after each wrapping.
Step #6 This will help keep the juices from seeping out.
Step #7 put in the fridge over night turning over at least once.
Step #8 remove this from refrigerator at least 2 hrs before smoking.
