Directions
- Step #1 Source: MAINPOUL.
- Step #2 ZIP Brush each Cornish hen with butter & place on vertical roaster.
- Step #3 Mash garlic & salt together in a bowl.
- Step #4 mix with remaining ingredients.
- Step #5 Set Cornish upright on grill over coals & cover barbecue grill.
- Step #6 Brush with sauce every 10 mins for about 45 mins or until tender.
