Barbecued Leg Of Lamb With Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pn Sugar
  • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 1/4" cubes
  • 2 lb Stewing lamb, cut in
  • 1 tb Hot chili oil
  • 4 tb Fresh lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 mix all ingredients & marinate lamb cubes for 2 hrs in covered bowl.
  • Step #2 Drain lamb, reserving marinade for basting during barbecuing.
  • Step #3 Skewer lamb; you should have enough for two skewers per serving.
  • Step #4 Barbecue until browned, but still juicy.
  • Step #5 Overcooking will dull flavors.
  • Step #6 serve this with nang (Moslem bread) or shao bing (baked sesame rolls).
